As a partner of Domicile Real Estate Brokerage, Beth Huntley’s vast knowledge of Charleston’s residential market reaches beyond downtown to the surrounding beaches of Sullivan’s Island, Folly Beach to the wilds of Wadmalaw putting her design acumen, sustainable vision and experience in the restoration process to work for her clients.

Growing up in South Carolina, Beth is a native with a love for the waterways, marshes and beaches that make the Lowcountry unlike any other place. Upon receiving a B.F.A. in Interior Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design, she began her professional career in Hilton Head as a designer, working on an array of residential and commercial projects.

After nearly 20 years of design work in her own business, Beth made the decision to channel her design energy and wealth of experience in construction and renovation into a career in real estate in 2003. An experienced real estate investor in her personal life, Beth puts the lessons of her own experiences to work for her clients.

True to her passion for Charleston, Beth lives what she loves – both as a resident of downtown Charleston and as Chairperson for the Sustainability Institute of South Carolina. She is also a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the American Society of Interior Designers. She has served as Coastal Association Chair of the ASID, Past President of the Center for Women and Corporate Sponsorship Chair for The Gibbes Museum of Art. When she’s not matching clients with their dream property, you’ll find Beth in her boat on any of Charleston’s magnificent waterways.

Currently Beth lives in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant and owns several investment properties throughout Charleston.
