At Domicile, Kathy Bollman’s primary focus is to serve her growing roster of past clients and referrals.  Thoroughly enjoying the thrill of the hunt and the joy of service, she is well-suited as a buyer’s representative.  Kathy additionally serves as Beth Huntley’s buyer agent and assists the newly formed Charleston Luxury Rentals in the process of securing tenants and properties.

Kathy is dedicated to promoting Domicile’s reputation as both a women-owned business and the company’s skill in addressing the special concerns of women homeowners and relocation clients.

A North Carolina native, Kathy, began her professional career in conference sales and marketing on Hilton Head Island.  After relocating to Charleston she worked with a relocation team and earned her designations as a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute and as an Accredited Buyer Representative.

Kathy and her husband Bill, former manager of South Carolina Federal on Hilton Head Island, have two sons, Matt – stationed in Germany in the USAF, and son William – who works on the off-shore oil rigs off the coasts of Texas and Louisiana. 

Kathy and her husband live on a small horse farm on Yonges Island.
